Recently Ninad’s agency was awarded the contract for India’s largest EDM show ever for the cities of Delhi-NCR, Mumbai & Goa by a French Liquor giant. His team had worked day and night for making the Delhi-NCR show a runaway success and now they were ready to move and repeat the same in Mumbai next day. Ninad& team repeated the success story in Mumbai too, and now the next destination was Goa, and it was an early morning flight again.

While reaching CSIA( ChatrapatiShivaji International Airport)at Mumbai, Ninad knew all was not well; he had difficulty in breathing and sudden bout of heavy coughing left him lifeless. Determined to fight on, he asked his team mates to carry on,and he decided to take the next available flight to give himself much desired short break. While converting his tickets, he enquired for wheelchair assistance, casually, but was offered a cold shoulder stating 48 hour prior to the flight booking rule. Ninad feeling exasperated, dialled his colleague Aparna. At first he got a stern lecture and then an advice which he felt was worth its weight in Gold. Aparna introduced him to Airport Kruz.
Ninad spotted the Airport Kruz kiosk between 7 & 8 departure gate at the T2 CSIA Mumbai,exactly as described by Aparna. He slowlyadvanced up to it, made an enquiry, paid the dues. He found a sense of belonging,the staff was educated, well groomed & helpful. As AIRPORT KRUZ took over, his travel through the airport was too good to be true, help at every possible step, smiling faces, courteous service and above all pride in serving.
