The staff has to undergo internal training sessions and assessments in order to constantly improve their service efficiency. The movement of differently abled citizens at public places has always been a cause of concern in India. Over the past few years there have been many endeavors to sensitize our system and people to the needs of the differently abled people Airport Kruz is one such endeavor. The PRMs can now move around the airports safely and smoothly in motorized wheel chairs. The swanky wheel chairs with a ride on attendant is not only safe but definitely a notch above the regular one in look, safety and movement. So now the differently abled can “move in style before they fly”. Airport Kruz also has in place a comprehensive insurance policy under which the passenger, the airlines and the airport operator are fully insured.
